2025 Catalog Update!

2025 will mark our 15th anniversary! We will find some creative ways to celebrate our anniversary in the coming year, so stay tuned for information about that. We'll be getting our in person sales dates finalized and on the site as dates get finalized. 

The catalog is more or less up to date, ordering will go live on January 1st 2025 like normal, and shipping will begin in May and peak in June as weather allows. Keep in mind that we're in northern Wisconsin and it can be frozen here into May; this means that some years we don't start shipping until June. 

We have a lot of cool new plants and some that haven't been available for quite some time. We've had a lot of people ask about plants for sunnier locations, especially at our open nursery events, so we've added some! Many of these plants are very limited and we expect them to sell out. Catalog Opens January 1st!

It's everyone's favorite time of winter: CATALOG TIME! I'm certainly always excited about other nurseries' catalogs, I hope some people are excited for ours. The website is more or less up to date and online ordering will go live on January 1st. We have a bunch of new and returning plants as usual. We have some more US native plants, which is usually requested. We love natives and our selection waxes and wanes a bit based on a bunch of factors, but we do try to include some every year. Also as usual, we will add more as we get closer to spring. We'll likely do a restock on witch hazels as they've been popular and I continue to love them, watch for that section to get updated in March. We may also add some native woodland ephemerals as spring nears, this will be based on availability and how our spring weather is.

End of Season is Upon Us!

 Fall is here and it looks like we'll be getting down to freezing this weekend, so tonight I'll be turning off online ordering on the website. This will give us enough time to ship any last minute orders you want to place and hopefully I'll have enough time to get everything done before winter! Shipping Update!

Just a quick shipping update for everyone. Spring was long and cold here in the far north and plants have taken awhile to be ready. A few may still be on the small side, but everything is pretty much ready to ship. The next week will be our busiest shipping time and I'm hoping to get pretty much everything out before we head to the AHS convention next week. Thanks for the patience, it's much appreciated!

The Online Shop Is Open!

As promised, it's officially 2023 and online ordering is now active for most plants! A few items that can struggle through winter for us will be made available once we do a spring inventory. Shipping starts sometime in May as weather and growth allows; keep in mind we're far enough north that many plants won't be ready until June. As usual we'll probably add a few items as we get closer to spring as well.

As we get closer to spring we'll finalize open nursery dates (spoiler: there will be more open dates than ever!) and our events. We really look forward to seeing you out at the nursery or at events. Want us to sell plants or speak at your event? Just use our contact form!
